Technical intake

The form stores the submitted contact and project information privately in WordPress and sends a copy to info@soswebsite.nl so we can respond. Intake records are removed after at most one year.

Attachments

Optional PDF, TXT, DOC or DOCX files up to 5 MB are stored in a blocked private directory and automatically removed after 30 days.

Measurement

The site keeps daily aggregate counts for page views, CTA clicks and form events. It stores no IP address, advertising cookie or cross-site profile.

Processors and AI

Intake data is not used to train models by default. If a project requires an external model or processor, provider, purpose, region and retention are agreed separately.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion through info@soswebsite.nl. Dutch and European privacy law applies where relevant.
